Complaints, comments and compliments policy

On 1st April 2008 North Lanarkshire Council introduced a new complaints, comments and compliments policy. 

Complaints, comments and compliments  are important to us in providing insight into what we are doing well and where we need to focus improvements.    We are committed to providing the best service possible and to making sure our service users are satisfied. 

Our new policy states that we will acknowledge receipt of any complaint, comment and compliment within 5 calendar days.  We will respond to any complaint received within 14 calendar days.
