Our main objectives are to:
- Improve needs assessment for all client groups;
- Shape the planning and delivery of services through inclusive participation with service users and other stakeholders;
- Better co-ordinate and improve range of services available and the way that they are delivered;
- Improve access to services for those previously unable to receive them in accordance with identified need;
- Better monitor, review and evaluate services; and
- Establish shared understandings and commitments, in addressing the needs of people with housing support needs, by establishing a robust policy and planning framework.
