Supporting People Plan 2003 - 2008

Foreword

Thank you for reading this Supporting People Plan for North Lanarkshire. The Plan sets out what North Lanarkshire Council is planning to do, in co-operation with our partners, to enable the implementation of the 'Supporting People' initiative over the next five years. We have also produced a summary version of the Plan.

We look forward to working in partnership with you, in the future, in our joint attempts to implement 'Supporting People'.
