The Publication Scheme shows, against each piece of information covered by the Scheme, how to obtain that information. In the majority of cases the information can be obtained electronically by clicking on the hyperlink but, generally, a Council contact point is also given and the Council will do its best to provide the information in a way as convenient as possible to the person requesting the information. In the limited number of cases in which the information is not available electronically, in which there is a charge or in which the information requires to be inspected at a Council office, full details are given.
If the information sought is not covered by the Publication Scheme all that needs to be done to ask for the information is to contact the Council, preferably in writing but, if desired, in any other way which can be kept permanently, describing as fully as possible the information sought and giving a name and address for correspondence. The best point of contact to which to submit requests is:
Corporate Services North Lanarkshire Council PO Box 14, Civic Centre,
Motherwell ML1 1TW
