Public Access Strategy - Structure

The Strategy comprises the following sections:

• Summary of the review and analysis and identification of the key issues, aims and objectives which the strategy addresses;
• Consideration of the mechanisms and structures which should be put in place to form an effective implementation framework for the strategy;
• A review of the broad principles for developing public access, together with illustrations of innovative practise;
• A detailed description of each of the Action Area Plans;
• A broad analysis of the indicative costs and resources relating to the strategy.
