This audit report provides an overview of the findings of first stage of the project. This 'sets the scene ' on access in the area through bringing together available information including:
- an assessment of the supply of access In North Lanarkshire;
- a review of demand (both realised and unrealised) for access in the area;
- an overview of policy frameworks relating to public access;
- an outline of the range of potential sources of funding and other resources to support access provision and management.
