Service Improvement Plans

Service improvement planning is the key link in our corporate, financial and strategic planning process.  
 
Service improvement plans describe the key actions departments will take to support the priorities set out in our Corporate Plan, the North Lanarkshire Community Plan and other policy initiatives.
 
Service improvement plans also contain information on resources, personnel and performance. They are produced on a three-year cycle and are updated each year.
 
Links to our departments' plans are listed below, please note a new service structure came into place on April 1 2007.
