Local Care Partnership Information - Leaflets, Joint Future Newsletter etc.
In North Lanarkshire discussions have been taking place with councillors and senior managers in health, social work and housing services.
Planning groups have been set up in each area, these are known as 'Local Care Partnerships'. These groups include representatives from carers organisations, people who use services, staff from all the relevant services and trade unions.
A variety of information leaflets are in the process of being produced. Copies of all these will be placed in this page.
