The work of the North Lanarkshire Partnership and the Community Planning process is overseen and directed by a Board made up of senior representatives for a number of organisations and sectors.

Chaired by Councillor Jim McCabe, Leader of North Lanarkshire Council, membership also includes:

• Francis Fallan, North Lanarkshire Voluntary Sector
• June Vallance, North Lanarkshire Voluntary Sector
• Commander David Smith, Strathclyde Fire and Rescue
• Chief Superintendent Caroline Scott, Strathclyde Police
• Jim McGonigle, District Manager of Jobcentre Plus  
• Bruce Kiloh, Strathclyde Partnership for Transport
• Hugh Logan, Principal of Motherwell College (representing the Consortium of Further Education Colleges)
