Outwith normal working hours, the telephone service is provided by an answering machine where callers can leave the details of the report and their details, again allow a follow up on the service. You can, of course, report online 24 hours of the day.
The online forms and telephone number are available 24 hours a day, but are not emergency services. Should you have a genuine emergency, then you should contact your local Police office where a decision on the seriousness of the enquiry will result in appropriate action being taken.
