  • To harmonise the grievance procedure for the majority of employees.
  • To ensure compliance with legislation.
  • To provide guidance for managers and employees on the correct procedure to follow if an employee wishes to raise a grievance on matters relating to their employment.

  • None as the policy meets all legislative requirements.

  • Policy was introduced in November 2007. There is no formal timescale set fro review.
