On 6 August 2008 the North Lanarkshire Council made the above‑named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and in exercise of all other enabling powers, which makes it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle (with the exception of vehicles engaged on the preparation, holding and clearing of a local fashion event) on St. John Street, Coatbridge from its junction with Muiryhall Street southwards for a distance of 82 metres or thereby to its termination by reason of works being executed on or near that location.
Alternative routes:- There are no alternative routes.
The Order will come into operation at 1200 hours on Thursday, 21 August 2008 and will remain in operation until 2200 hours on Saturday, 23 August 2008.
