Free disposal of unwanted vehicles
Long gone are the days when you would receive a scrap metal payment in return for your clapped out old banger. These days you're likely to have to pay a scrap merchant to take the vehicle off your hands. Unfortunately this just increases the likelyhood of people dumping their cars to avoid the hassle and cost of disposing of them properly.
Where we can help you...
If you own an old or unwanted car, van or trailer and you would like it to be disposed of, we can remove and destroy it for you free of charge! All you have to do is fill in the online Disposal of Unwanted Vehicles form. You will be required to hand over all paper work related to the car at the time of collection, and then we'll do the rest!

This entirely free service is available to all residents of North Lanarkshire - please help us by spreading the word. Tell neighbours, friends and family.
Request a poster and and put it up in your neighbourhood and distribute copies of our leaflet to your friends and family. Alternatively, you can access copies of these by using the box at the right.
