If you have a question or enquiry regarding the Council or its service but are unsure who would deal with it our Customer Services Assistants will make every effort to deal with your enquiry immediately, by:-

• providing you with the information you require on our services; or
• transferring your call to the relevant service (where possible); or
• providing you with the relevant contact details for the service concerned.
