Step 1 - The Online Bill Payment Service screen will then appear.
For your first payment, select the payment type from the drop down list. |

Step 2 - Type in the payment Reference Number.
Please note:-
- An invalid reference message will appear if you type in the wrong reference.
- Alpha-numeric references are case sensitive. This means that if your reference is 'A12b34', you will get an invalid reference message if you type in the 'A' as 'a' or the 'b' as 'B'.

Step 3 - Type in the amount you wish to pay (in pounds and pence).

Step 4 - Repeat steps 1 –3 for each payment you want to make on your credit/debit card.
Please note:-
- Up to 5 payments can be made at any one time on the same credit/debit card.
- You must make separate transactions for each card you want to use.

As you input each payment amount, the total amount to be charged to your card will be displayed.

Step 5 - We ask that you include your contact details whenever you make a transaction. Although not essential for your payment to proceed, this information will greatly assist us should we have to contact you if there is a problem or query with your transaction.

This personal information will be used for no other purpose and is subject to the Council's Data Protection registration and the NorthWeb Privacy Statement. |

Step 6 - Once you are satisfied that you have input all the information you need to make the payment, you should click on the Submit for Payment button. You will then proceed to the next online payment screen.
Please note:- If you choose not to proceed you can click on the clear button to clear the screen of all the details you have typed in. |
