Step 14 - You will then see the Sending Confirmation screen.

Step 15 - Finally, you will be presented with your Confirmation of Receipt Screen which you can print out for your records, using the Print button on your browser Standard Buttons bar.  NB: Please ensure that your Page Setup Orientation is set to Landscape to print off the full receipt.
