Online Bill Payments Guide : Card Errors

Step 10 - If for any reason your card transaction cannot be processed ie wrong card number, expiry/start date or issue number, or if your payment is not authorised, you will be given the reason for your transaction not proceeding, ie:-

Step 11 - At this point you have the opportunity to correct any mis-typed card details by clicking on the Re-enter card details button.

You may then receive a message advising you that you are leaving a secure internet connection (unless you have disabled this message facility on your computer).  Click Yes to continue. security alert message screenshot

Step 12 - You will then be presented with a Warning Message informing you that the page has expired and that you need to Refresh your screen.  To do this, click on the Reresh button or type Ctrl + F5.

Step 13 -  A further alert with then appear advising you that as it is a secure area, the information must be resent.  Click on the Retry button to continue.  This will return you to the Servebase web page as per Step 9. Page Refresh Resend Message screenshot
