Step 10 - If for any reason your card transaction cannot be processed ie wrong card number, expiry/start date or issue number, or if your payment is not authorised, you will be given the reason for your transaction not proceeding, ie:-

Step 11 - At this point you have the opportunity to correct any mis-typed card details by clicking on the Re-enter card details button. | |

| You may then receive a message advising you that you are leaving a secure internet connection (unless you have disabled this message facility on your computer). Click Yes to continue. |

Step 12 - You will then be presented with a Warning Message informing you that the page has expired and that you need to Refresh your screen. To do this, click on the Reresh button or type Ctrl + F5.

| Step 13 - A further alert with then appear advising you that as it is a secure area, the information must be resent. Click on the Retry button to continue. This will return you to the Servebase web page as per Step 9. |
