Who we are
We are part of Finance & Customer Services, responsible to the Executive Director of Finance & Customer Services through the Head of Revenue Services.
What we do
We deal with and process insurance claims for North Lanarkshire Council, and deal with building insurance for ex-council houses.
We are committed to achieving and maintaining high standards of service delivery by;
- Dealing with your enquiries quickly, efficiently and politely
- Acknowledging written enquiries within seven working days of receipt
- Seeing all personal callers within five minutes of their arrival
- Answering phone calls during office hours within 15 seconds
Issuing claim forms within 2 working days of request
We aim to ensure that the appropriate documentation for building insurance is issued to arrive 14 days before renewal
Each year, we aim to improve the time taken to finalise claims
