From July 2006 to June 2007 we logged 2 informal complaints.
Both complaints were regarding the building insurance company. The policyholders were unhappy about paying Primary Claims Management before they will send out workmen to carry out repairs.
A meeting is planned with the insurance company to address and resolve this issue.
The Risk & Insurance team received 2 compliments on the prompt, helpful and efficient manner in handling a Third Party claim.
