Building Insurance Christmas Survey results 2007

We would like to thank all policyholders that participated in our recent Christmas survey.

1% of all policyholders were selected at random from our customer database. 

The responses we received help us to constantly strive to improve service for our customers. Noted below are the main results from this year's survey.

• 100% were happy with the service that is provided by the Insurance Team.
• 100% found the staff to be polite and courteous
• 100% of people agreed that enquiries had been dealt with to their satisfaction.

Some of the comments that we received are as follows:

• Everything satisfactory
• Include contents insurance with policy
• Risk & Insurance Team to recommend local contractors when repairs required

One comment received related to a problem with a door entry system.  This has been forwarded to Housing & Social Work Services for their attention.
