doing our best to process cash payments as soon as you arrive in the office (this may be difficult, however during busy times, when we will make every effort to limit your waiting time to less than four minutes);

recording and displaying actual waiting times each month; and

giving you three weeks' notice if we plan to close our offices during public holidays.
