Cash Collection welcome comments etc from all our customers and we make every effort to action whenever possible.
In our recent Postal Survey 131 customers made a comment, suggestion, or a compliment regarding the service provided by the Cash Collection service. A further 39 being made directly to the cash staff within the cash offices.
64 Compliments were received giving general praise for the service we provide.
49 Informal Complaints/Comments were made. These were attended too as quickly as possible by the staff within the cash office to the customers satisfaction.
56 Suggestions were given to help us improve our service. Many of these suggested more staff at the end of the month when the cash offices are very busy. Some of our customers have noticed if they avoid around the 28th of each month, the cash offices are quieter therefore they do not need to queue.
A total of 5 formal Complaints were received during 2007 from customers regarding problems with the Bank and the on-line payment service. These matters were resolved with the customers, to their satisfaction.
