Repairs and maintenance

Through its Housing Property Services section, the Council aims to improve the standards of housing throughout North Lanarkshire in both council and non-council housing.  This is done by developing and managing the Council's Capital Programme and revenue repair budgets for approximately 39,000 houses, providing improvement and repair grants to private sector housing and assessing stock condition and developing investment priorities. The Council works in partnership with Maintenance Property Care and Saltire Facilities Management to provide a repairs service to its housing stock and other property and maintenance service for gas and solid fuel appliances.
