Court fines can be paid by telephone through the Payment Line on 01698 403130 using debit/credit card, except American Express, or personally at any branch of the Municipal Bank.
Offers of fixed penalty from the Procurator Fiscal, Registered fines and Fixed penalties issued by the Police can be paid personally at the following District Court offices on Mondays to Fridays:-
* NB: Offices close at 4.00 pm on Fridays.
All fines (Court fines, Fiscal fixed penalty offers, Registered fines and Police Fixed penalties) can also be paid by post to the District Court Office, Council Offices, Bron Way, Cumbernauld G67 1DZ.
To safeguard against loss in the post, payments should be sent either by postal order or cheque or by Registered Mail if sending cash. Payments sent by post should be accompanied by a stamped addressed envelope for return of receipt.
When a fine is being paid, please provide the following information:-

Our Case Reference Number, if available.

Your Name and Address. If you have a change of address you should state your previous address.

The date the fine was imposed at Court.

The amount of the fine.
