Which bin do I place out when?
Use this link if your postcode begins ML5, ML6, G33, G65, G67, G68 or G69
Use this link if your postcode begins ML1, ML2, ML4, ML7 or G71
Please note the following procedures to ensure you receive your weekly domestic uplift.

Wheeled bins should be placed at kerbside, or other designated collection point by 7.00am on your designated collection day.

The lid of the wheeled bin should be closed, and should be able to be manoeuvred to the collection vehicle without requiring to be manually lifted.

Heavy objects such as garden soil, bricks, stones etc should not be placed in the bin as the weight may damage the lifting mechanism of the collection vehicle.

Bins that are "failed" by the lifting mechanism will be returned to kerbside and the resident requested to reduce the weight of the bin.

Excess waste should not be placed out with the bin, but as with heavy items mentioned above a request for a special uplift should be placed.
