Our Service Standard dictates that we will respond to and resolve complaints within 20 working days. 100% of complaints for the first quarter for year 2008/2009 met this standard.
Lair Certificates
Our internal standard states that 98% of Lair Certificates should be issued within 28 days and an analysis for the second quarter for year 2008/2009 reveals this has not been achieved, although lair certificate turnaround improved due to the reduction in staff absence. Further improvement is expected.

Lair Collapse
From time to time the side walls of a lair collapse either during excavation or shortly afterwards. This is generally as a result of ground conditions and we recognise the significant upset this problem causes. We do our utmost to minimise the impact such an event has on the service.
Removal of Floral tributes and wreaths
Floral tributes or wreaths will be removed from lairs after a period of 14 days.
