Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
In the event of a performance being cancelled, the face value of tickets will be refunded (but not any administration, booking or postage fees).
Tickets may be accepted for resale by the Advance Booking Office but can only be resold after all other tickets have been sold for that performance. North Lanarkshire Council does not guarantee that unwanted tickets will be resold.
Tickets available online come from allocated blocks of seats. A wider selection of tickets is available from the Advance Booking Office by using the 'Contact Us' box at the right hand side of the screen. Ticket discounts may be available from the Advance Booking Office that are not available online.
North Lanarkshire Council reserves the right to alter the venue, date or time of the event without notice.
At the performance, late comers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance, which may be the interval.
At the performance, the use of photographic or recording equipment is strictly prohibited. Smoking is not permitted in any North Lanarkshire Council facility. Mobile telephones and pagers should be switched off before entering the auditorium.
The North Lanarkshire Council Management Rules apply at all Council facilities.
