  • Thursday is 50's nl day
  • Tai Chi is a 10 week course which requires to be booked at reception.
  • All clients must complete a body pump clinic prior to attending a body pump class.
    • Crèche 2-5yrs Monday to Friday 9.45 am – 1.15 pm.
    • Crèche under 2's Tuesday and Thursday 9.45 am – 12.45pm
