Adventure Zone
Top of the range multi-level play area for children aged 5 years to11 years. Icicle chambers, giant slide, time tunnel, vertical net climb, aerial runway, twizzle maze and biff and bash canyon.
Please note that when using the adventure zone a dress code applies.
Dry Sports
Try one of our dry sports activities that range from badminton to table tennis. You can also hire our main sports hall for five-a-side football, hockey or basketball.
Lifetime Fitness Centre
If your aim is to adopt a healthier lifestyle, toning up or simply keeping fit, the Lifetime Gym is the place to go. We are committed to providing a quality professional service in a stimulating enviroment, and our qualified fitness team are on hand to help you achieve your personal goals. The gymnasium is fully air conditioned and is equipped with a full range of cardiovascular and resistance machines. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly with a cardio theatre giving members a choice of audio and visual entertainment. Personalised programmes, designed to further help you achieve your individual goals, are available. Open daily from 6.30pm to 10.00pm.
A wide range of group fitness classes run throughout the week, and with our free weights conditioning gym, we offer something for everyone.
Junior Lifetime Fitness Zone
The Junior Lifetime Fitness Zone is a fantastic fitness studio for eight to sixteen year olds. The zone has lots to offer the younger generation, resistance machines, spin bikes, free weights, stability balls, plasma television and lots of loud music!

Disabled Facilities and Services
The Time Capsule provides facilities for the disabled. On the spectators gallery there are disabled toilet facilities, and for persons in wheelchairs or with walking difficulties a lift is also available that enables people to access the Waterworld pool change and the ice rink area's. There are two disabled changing rooms and a disabled toilet within the pool change area.
In Waterworld, the main leisure pool, there is a disabled chair that lowers and raises the individuals into the pool, this enables people to access nearly all areas. There are ramps around the pool that enables wheelchair access to various parts of Waterworld.
Within the swim zone, our 25m pool, we have a disabled changing facility with toilet and shower. A disabled chair is also available.

The Time Capsule is accessible by public and it is advised that timetable directions be sought before travelling. For patrons who are travelling to the venue by car there are ample parking spaces available. For further details on transport available click on Public Transport.
