Aerobics: Aerobic conditioning to work on heart fitness, fat burning and particular problem areas of the body. A great workout for beginners through to advanced levels.

Aquafit: Suitable for all ages and abilities, the water takes the stress and Impact out of aerobics.

Body Attack: Challenge yourself with this fun, fast and furious class taking you to the next level of aerobic fitness, great in assisting any weight loss programme.

Body Balance: Chill out with this yoga, tai chi and pilates style class, which will leave you feeling great!

Body Combat: Take no prisoners with this heart-pumping routine that will make you fighting fit!

Body Conditioning: Full body approach to toning, designed to increase strength and definition.

Body Jam: Get fit with some really funky dance moves from around the world. Great fun for all levels of fitness.

Body Pump: Combines high repetition weight training with aerobic conditioning. It will tone and condition your body, can help you lose weight and change shape.

Body Step: A series of arm and leg movements based around a step, creating a high intensity, low impact workout.

Cardiac Circuit: Fun workout containing elements to work on both the cardiovascular system and muscular strength and endurance. Ideal for all levels of fitness.

Cardio Fit: Hospital/Doctor Phase 4 referral only! Designed for the Coronary Heart Disease participants to improve the cardiovascular system and build up fitness.

Jazzercise: Get down and funky with this exercise class based on jazz dance moves.

Kidz NL: Mixture of sports and fun activities for children.

Legs, Bums n Tums: Ideal for toning all of those troublesome areas of the body, suitable for all levels, ages and abilities.

Slimming nl: Slim for health – weekly weigh in plus healthy eating advice on altering your lifestyle (eating habits etc.) to benefit your health and achieve those desired goals.

Spin: Fancy a team cycle, well come and join our Spin classes. A highly motivating cardiovascular and strength workout.

Pilates: A strength and mobility workout for the abdominals and spine, which tones, shapes and strengthens.

Tai Chi: A traditional soft (or internal) Chinese system of exercise. Despite being subtle and a powerful martial art, it can be practised by everyone at any age, simply for relaxation, meditation and can assist in improving health.

Yoga: Helps to maintain flexibility and increase suppleness. Classes are great for relaxation and stretching techniques.
