Iain Nicolson Centre offers a variety of indoor sporting activities within the main hall, studio and conditioning gym. The Centre also boasts a sauna suite. There is ample car parking and is fully accessible for disabled people. |

Main hall
30m x 18m and ideal for 5-a-side football, badminton, volleyball and many other sport and leisure events.
Studio
13m x 6m. The studio area is the perfect venue for aerobics classes and group activities.
Clubs and classes
The following run on a weekly basis:
- Football coaching: children, various days
- Aikido: adults and children, Tuesday and Thursdays
- JogScotland: adults, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturdays
- Dance school: children, Thursdays
- Karate: adults and children, Fridays
- Tae Kwon Do: adults and children, Saturdays
- Stage Academy: children's arts, dance, drama, Saturdays
- Cheerleading: children, Sundays
- Sport injuries clinic: by appointment
- Massage therapy: by appointment
Additionally, there is a wide range of fitness classes for all standards.
New in 2007 - Life Fitness Gym
Why not come along and train or tone in our new state of the art gym fully equipped with up to the minute Life Fitness kit. The surroundings are also freshly painted and bright (please note that you are required to complete a short Gym Induction Programme before using the facility).
Sauna
The sauna cabin is the ideal place to relax after a stressful day.
Reception area
The open Reception area has vending machines and a small seating area.
