Broadwood Stadium : Conditions of Hire for 11 aside/ 7 aside and 5 aside Pitches

1. Notification of cancellation of a booking should be at least 24 hours before the let or else a charge of 100% of the total fee for the booking will be made.  Failure to appear for a booking will also result in this charge being made.  Further bookings will be cancelled until full payment is made.

2. Regular lets may at times be subject to temporary interruption due to unforeseen circumstances.  As much notice as possible will be given in these circumstances.

3. All bookings will finish one minute before the hour or before the half past (e.g. 9.29am, 9.59pm etc) so that a smooth changeover may be made with the next booking.

4. No bottles, glassware, etc, should be taken onto the pitches and/or changing rooms.

5. Under no circumstances should alcohol be consumed within the changing rooms, pitches, car parks or anywhere within the Stadium grounds.

6. Customers will not be allowed to sub-let the whole or part of their booked facility.

7. Full payment must be made prior to commencing booking.

8. A £10.00 returnable deposit will be required for a changing room key.

9. No anti-social behaviour or language to staff or customers will be tolerated.

10. The holder of the booking will be held reponsible for the behaviour of or any damage, caused by players using his/ her let.
