Kids Gyms and Activites

North Lanarkshire Leisure is at the forefront in offering measures to help combat poor health statistics in our area, and the introduction of Activ8 children's gyms  is one such step towards this.

These Activ8 gyms are specifically designed for children aged 7 upwards and can be found at Aquatec Motherwell, Airdrie Leisure Centre and Tryst Sports Centre, Cumbernauld.

The sessions last 45 minutes and are supervised at all times by two enthusiastic and fully trained staff who guide the kids throughout, to the coolest tunes around.  They combine fun filled spinfit and weights sessions to aid natural development and increase fitness levels.The sessions are included as part of the juvenile Access NL membership along with use of the pool and kids classes.   Fun, funky, fitness!

There are also a number of childrens fitness classes available such as Aerojam, TOPS Play, TOPS Sport, Swiss Ball etc.  Plenty fun for everyone!!
