Facilities
Built in 1912. This traditional style town hall comprises of a large and a lesser hall.
The large hall has a main hall and balcony. Seating 660 for a concert/conference.
The main hall is also used for wedding and dinner dances.
The lesser hall is situated on the upper level of the facility (this is not accessible to disabled patrons) and has a capacity of 110.
The Sir John Wilson Town Hall is used for both professional and amateur/community based events.

Transport
Sir John Wilson Town Hall is accessible by public transport and a bus stop can be found outside the main door. It is advised that timetable directions be sought before travelling. Airdrie train station is approximately a 15 minute walk from the venue. For patrons who are travelling to the venue by car there is no car park at the town hall. Parking can be found at the swimming pool, next door to the town hall. For further details on transport available click on Public Transport
Disabled access
There is disabled access to the main hall within the town hall and there are disabled toilets within the venue. We regret to inform patrons that there is no disabled access to the lesser hall within the venue
