Additional Information
- All events where alcohol is present will be charged £15.00 per event.
- A discount of 20% will be applied to any booking over 8 hours of more that 1 bookable space.
- All category 2 groups must be registered with Learning and Leisure Services.
- All groups working with children must be registered with Learning and Leisure Service Child Protection register.
- A definition of main hall is a space which can accommodate 90 people. Rooms can accommodate anything up to 89 people.
- Charges are based on hourly rates. Should part of an hour be used, the full hour will be charged.
- For bookings using school facilities during holiday periods after 6pm commercial charges apply.
- All one-off events using school and other community facilities are subject to additional cleaning charges.
