   No - all play areas managed by North Lanarkshire Council are free to use

   Countryside Rangers have long been recognised through their work in wildlife conservation and countryside interpretation, helping the community to enjoy and care for the natural environment - click on Countryside Ranger Service for more details

   The footpath around the loch is 6km (4 miles) - click on Strathclyde Park for information on other services and facilities in the area
