1. What is a Community Facility?
   The term "Community Facilities" includes all Community Education Centres, Community Centres, Meeting Rooms in Schools, Libraries and Senior Citizen Centres administered by North Lanarkshire Council

3. Where can I obtain an application form to book a community facility?
   There are a few ways of doing this - either download the form, phone us, write to us or email the section - you can download a hard copy of the booking form by clicking on the link Booking Form - complete the form and return it to us - phone us on 0141 304 1836 and we will send you a form - write to us at Headquarters, Buchanan Tower, Stepps, Glasgow requesting a form and we will post it to you - email us at communitycentres@northlan.gov.uk

4. How do I book a Community Facility?

   First of all you need to decide where you want your event to take place - click on Community Facilities for a full list of centres available - once you have selected the centre of your choice, information on booking procedures, contact names and a downloadable booking form will be made available to you through the web site page.

5. What type of facilities does the council hire to community groups and organisations?

   A variety of facilities and services, managed by the Department of Community Services, are available for hire - centres range from community facilities, small meetings rooms in libraries, large school assembly halls, conference centres and classroom in schools – click on Facilities for Hire for further information

7. Can anyone book a community facility?

   No - all applicants must be over the age of 18 years and proof of identify/age may be required - all applications for let must be made on an official application - click on Booking Form should you wish to proceed
