New Stevenston Community Centre was built in 1994. Some of the events that take place in the centre include the playgroup, dance classes, mother and toddler groups, keep fit classes, self help groups, Councillor surgeries, the tenants association, keyboard classes, church activities and children's theatre classes.
New Stevenston Community Centre and staff would make any well-organised social function or community-based activity or class, welcome.
Facilities
New Stevenston Community Centre has the capacity to hold up to 100 persons for a dinner dance or 140 persons for a disco event in the main hall. There is a stage set to the rear of the hall, which can be used for musical accompaniment for an evening or for the purposes of a performance. The main hall has durable surfaces and is therefore adaptable for any type of let.
There is one committee room suitable for small gatherings or clubs and meetings. The committee room can seat up to 30 persons.
Kitchen facilities in New Stevenston Community Centre are suitable for re-heating food only. This makes this centre an ideal place for indulging guests with a hot buffet for your occasion. There is also a fridge available if required.
Transport
New Stevenston Community Centre is accessible by public transport and a bus stop can be found directly outside the centre. There is also parking facilities available for those travelling to the venue by car.
