Lomond Community Room

Address   1 Lomond Drive, Cumbernauld

Lomond Community Room is purpose built within the community. This is an ideal venue for smaller functions or meetings within the community. Activities which already take place at the Lomond Community Rooms include, the Brownies, yoga classes, self help groups and the army cadets.

Facilities

Lomond Community Room consists of one main hall, which can hold a maximum of 50 persons for a dinner dance. There is also a small committee room available for hire, ideal for small gatherings and meetings.

There are kitchen facilities available to compliment main hall requirements. The kitchen is recommended for re-heating food only and is therefore ideal for catering for hot buffets and heating of ready prepared food. There is a fridge if required.

Transport

Lomond Community Room is situated in the heart of the community and is not accessible by public transport. However, there are parking spaces outside the centre for those travelling to the venue by car.

Disabled access

There are disabled access points to the building although North Lanarkshire Council regrets to inform patrons that there are no disabled facilities in this community room.
