Greengairs has recently received a grant to carry out extensive refurbishment of the hall as a whole. Responding to the technological advances, an Internet computer suite will be made available to members of the public for general and specific use. In addition the main hall will be sectioned providing space for a games room and a multi functional hall space.
Facilities
The computer suite, cyber cafe (4 persons) and games room can be found on the ground floor of Greengairs Hall. For the purpose of social functions the first floor hall can accommodate for up to 120 persons for a dinner / dance and can cater for musical accompaniment with a stage at the rear of the hall.
There are kitchen facilities also on the first floor to compliment main hall requirements as well as there being a smaller kitchen available on the ground floor. It is advised that both of the kitchens be used only for the purposes of hot buffets or heating through ready prepared food. There is a domestic fridge available if required.
Transport
There is a bus stop situated 100 yards from the centre.
