Schools Project - Music in Action with David Trouton
Tuesday 21 October - Full day workshop delivered as a classroom based activity. Age P7. Free
What's your favourite song? Do you have a favourite film? Is there a TV advert that you like more than others? Spend a day with David Trouton, make music and find out lots more about it. This participative workshop day looks at the psychology and science of music in a fun and interesting way and how it affects and influences our daily lives, why it has such an effect on us and how it is used in film, TV and theatre and in songs to communicate ideas and tell stories. End the day by composing your very own sound underscore for a chosen story and having a performance of the finished piece.
