Graphic Novels and Comics - a visual narrative with artist David Kerr
Friday 17 and Saturday 18 October 10.00am - 3.00pm. Bellshill Cultural Centre. Age 14+ Cost £6 for 1 day or £10 for 2 days.
Practicing comic artists David Kerr takes you through the technical steps of producing storyboards for film and graphic novels in this 2-part workshop.
Friday 17 October - Drawing skill development, use of perspective, scale, positioning to create a visual narrative and storyboard.
Saturday 18 October - Adobe computer design, Photoshop used with a graphic tablet to work on digital inking and retouching. Graphic design, layout and production of finished comic sequence.
