Maintenance of facilities are good
8 (26.7%) said that the maintenance of facilities was excellent. 7 (23.3%) claimed the maintenance of facilities was above average and 12 (40%) stated average. 1 (3.3%) thought the maintenance was below average and like wise 1 (3.3%) stated poor. 1 (10%) did not respond.

Litter bins available
7 (23.3%) stated that the amount of litter bins available was excellent. 4 (13.3%) said the amount of litter bins was above average, 12 (40%) said average amount, 3 (10%) thought below average and 1 (3.3%) thought that it was poor while 3 (10%) did not respond.

A good selection of information provided
7 (23.3%) stated that the selection of information provided was excellent. 10 (33.3%) stated above average, 9 (30%) said average and 1 (3.3%) stated the information was poor. 3 (10%) of respondents failed to respond to this question.

Information was easy to understand
8 (26.7%) said that the information was excellent to understand, 7 (23.3%) stated above average, 9 (30%) thought average and 1 (3.3%) thought poor. While 5 (16.7%) did not respond.

Adequate lighting
11 (36.7%) respondents stated that the lighting within the venue was excellent, 6 (20%) stated above average, 11 (36.7%) said the lighting was average and 1 (3.3%) said it was poor. While 1 (3.3%) did not respond to this question

Warm and comfortable environment
Respondents were also how satisfied they were with the environment. 12 (40%) claimed it was an excellent environment, 6 (20%) stated above average while 8 (26.7%) stated average, 1 (3.3%) stated below average, likewise 1 (3.3%) stated the environment was poor. 2 (6.7%) did not respond.

Toilets are clean and tidy

Service standards were on display
When asked about the service standards 4 (13.3%) of respondents said that service standards were excellent, 3 (10%) above average, 8 (26.7%) average, 4 (13.3%) below average, 1 (3.3%) stated they were poor while 10 (33.3%) of respondents gave no response.

Well publicised and easy to use comments and complaints procedure
When asked about the comments and complaints system 6 (20%) stated that it was excellent, 4 (13.3%) thought above average, 6 (20%) said average, and 4 (13.3%) thought below average and 3 (10%) said poor. 7 (23.3%) did not respond to this question.

Additional comments

  • Although the internal venue is not sign posted well, someone is always on duty to direct members to the appropriate room.
  • I have thoroughly enjoyed this class and will be going back.
  • Library staff couldn't care less if we were there or not and frequently allocated the room for other purposes without having another one available for us.
  • Never aware of toilets or service standards, comments and complaints procedures.
  • Only toilet on ground floor is an unmarked invalid toilet.
  • We originally had a good room, but were displaced by a martial arts group. Sometimes we had to meet in a very small office or even a broom cupboard. We need copying facilities and these were not available at Pather Community Centre. Furthermore, we had no chance of getting 'drop in' members at Pather. The library is a 'natural' venue for a creative writing group and we missed out by not having a regular booking. I would suggest that the martial arts group would not have been so inconvenienced by using Pather.
  • The public areas of the centre were excellent, but the facilities used for the photographic class were in complete disarray.
  • The toilet facilities for visitors are something of a mystery.
  • There is no disabled toilet facility.
  • Toilets often locked.
  • Upholstery of seats in need of repair, loose ceiling tiles.

Windows dirty. Seats dirty. Care-taker could be more pleasant. Rushes us out, puts shutter up while in hall.
