We were established in 1972 and custom built in the style of the neighbouring patio houses, consisting of four patio houses without internal walls. We were the first nursery establishment in Cumbernauld. |

We are a large nursery school with four large activity areas, a parents' and students' room and office area, a staff room, a janitor's and utility room and a kitchen. There is a large outdoor area at the front of the school and a grassed patio area at one side and another central patio activity area both of which are only accessible via the building itself. |

The nursery is situated in a mainly residential area of Cumbernauld New Town. There are two primary schools fairly close to the nursery school: denominational and non-denominational. The inside of the building is as fresh, bright and interesting as it was originally and it is a friendly, welcoming establishment for parents, families and the community.
The age range of the pupils is 3-5 years and pupil numbers are 60 in the morning and 60 in the afternoon. We are staffed by eight educational and two clerical staff.
