  • Develop an effective strategic framework for inclusion 0-19 involving integrated agency working and community planning
  • Deliver effective strategies to progress the staged implementation of mainstream education for pupils taking account of the built environment, staff development and parental views
  • Continue to develop services through integrated agency working to ensure that supportive arrangements are in place for the education of 'looked after children' and 'looked after and accommodated children'
  • Promote race equality under the terms of the Race Relations (Amendment) Act, 2000
