Summary of Recent Consultation

Our customers views are very important to us.  We have an ongoing programme of consultation with our customer and staff.  This increased communication allows us to improve and develop the school meals service in line with our customer demands.  We also conduct regular Mystery Visits to ensure standards of service are maintained.

This process is currently being reviewed to encourage more schools to participate.
