Language immersion project

The raising of competence, motivation and of the profile of modern languages by taking higher level students to Mallorca for a 'language immersion experience' which would involve university language instruction, visits to partner schools and cultural tours.

Five secondary schools in North Lanarkshire are involved

• St Andrew's high school (Coatbridge)
• St.Margaret's high school (Airdrie)
• St Ambrose high school (Coatbridge)
• Dalziel high school (Motherwell)
• St Aidan's high school (Wishaw)
