Summary of Completed Projects to-date
Fifteen of the seventeen Education 2010 PPP projects are now occupied.
Ø Two of these are secondary school projects in Airdrie and Coatbridge (Coatbridge includes a sports complex and Community Centre).
Ø Thirteen are primary school projects, 7 being joint campus projects in Bargeddie, Caldercruix, Chapelhall, Glenboig, New Stevenston (New Stevenston includes a public library), Plains and Wishaw and 6 are single school projects in Cambusnethan, Coatbridge, Kilysth, Stepps (including a cultural centre), Tannochside and Viewpark.

There are 2 remaining projects under construction, Coatbridge High School and Clarkston Primary.

Works currently more than 4 weeks ahead of schedule.
Externally all works complete other than the progress of hard landscaping & some monobloc which is near to completion.
Internally, M&E final fix in progress. Other than decoration and some floorcoverings which are progressing, all other trades complete.

Work on schedule.
Externally, hard and soft landscaping progressing to final stages. New pitch on Dunbeth Park progressing well.
Internally, partitions, lift installation, ceramic tiling, IPS framework, internal door sets and joinerwork complete.
M&E 2nd and final fix in progress. Floor coverings, decoration and fixed furniture in progress. |
