People with a physical disability who live in North Lanarkshire have a right to live full and inclusive lives within their local communities.
The Social Work Department assists people to achieve this by offering a range of advice and support to service users and their carers.
These services are developed by involving people in their design and implementation, and they are then tailored to meet individual needs through a Community Care Assessment.
