There are a number of options available for payment of North Lanarkshire Council accounts and these are detailed below. Payments can include rent, council tax, home insurance, home care etc.
Payments by Direct Debit
Direct Debit is an effective and easy way to pay your regular bills – as it is all done automatically by your bank. Setting up your Direct Debit could not be easier. We can set it up over the telephone, as follows:-

Payments by Telephone
If you have a debit or credit card you can now pay your Council Tax, Housing Rent and Non-Domestic Rates 24 hours a day with our new automated telephone service. Call 01698 403130.
Payments by Post
You can send a cheque or postal order to your local office (see "Contact Us" box at the top right hand side of your screen). We advise you to securely attach your payment to the tear-off voucher from your payment book.
Payments in Person
You can visit any branch of the Municipal Bank to make your payment by cheque, postal order, cash, or credit/debit card.
Online Bill Payments
Our Online Bill Payments system to allow you to pay your Council bills through NorthWeb.
